Dear Marlene,
I share you beliefs completely !
I also beleive that working from the Children age will help a lot for the future.
But I beleive that we can and we must also train more and better consumers/customers/business partners/general public with more/better communication. Of course big suppors from the EU Comission (for Europe at least), International Institutions, National Governments, could help to support and promote international campaigns to explain the "Organic clothing stories" and compare it with "conventional industry".
But as brands and part of the supply chain, we can also improve our communications to open the eyes/conscience of the Mrs/Mr/Ms everyone ... and make the link between Organic Food and Organic Cotton even if we don't eat the cotton (maybe the main reason why people are less open to the Organic Clothing "stories").
Kind regards
Bruno
